This booking will not be final until you have completed the following pages and made payment.  To complete the following pages you will need to have to hand details of your invigilators including their email address.  You will also the details of the candidates including their date of birth, address and email address.

Payment is by credit/debit card only

Please note that the time allowable for examinations varies - this is not the same as the appointment slot. You will be allowed the full time from the selected start time for the examination(s) you book regardless of the end time shown.

Invigilators

Please Note: Any Instructor associated
with the training course cannot be the First Named Invigilator

Please Note:
You may only book Examinations for different examination levels
if all the exams are starting at the same time.

Booking Confirmation

Please note that once you have booked your exam and paid for it, you will not be able to change it unless there are exceptional circumstances and that may be subject to an administration charge. It is up to you to check carefully that your chosen date and details are correct. Your booking is not final until you have clicked on the 'Book Now' button below. In cases of immediate payment this charges your card immediately. All bookings will be confirmed by email.
