To be eligible for the any of the prizes, all participants must follow these guidelines:

• Only improvements made between May 15, 2023 and July 15, 2023 will be considered
• Your yard sign must be visible from the street to allow for before and after photos to be taken. If your sign is not visible you will be removed from consideration for judging.
• Only improvements that are visible from the curb/sidewalk will be considered for judging

Photographic Release. I hereby grant and convey unto Habitat for Humanity of Kent County (Habitat) all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by Habitat during my participation in the Curb Appeal Contest, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.

Use of Address. I hereby grant and convey unto Habitat for Humanity of Kent County (Habitat) the right to publish my address for the purposes of promotion of the program. Addresses of participating homes will be shared with other contestants, judges, and in promotional materials to help recruit contestants for the program.
