Compensatory Time Off Request
Salaried employees are eligible for compensatory time off in certain situations only and it must be approved by the Executive Director.
The following criteria must be met in to receive compensatory time off.
HRCTD is currently short management staff due to a position being open or current management staff is on extended leave.
In addition to the extra shift I already worked my normally scheduled shift and hours this week.
This was approved by the Executive Director.
I was required to come into the office to work a FULL opening or closing supervisor shift.
