It is important that you understand your healthcare coverage. During your meeting today we will discuss the following areas to ensure the plan you choose is the best fit for you at this time:

- Premium
- Deductible
- Max Out-of-Pocket
Open Enrollment
I understand that, unless I have a qualifying life event, such as a getting married, having a baby, or involuntarily losing health coverage, I may not be eligible to change my healthcare plan outside of the Open Enrollment Period.
If I have a qualifying life event I will contact my agent as soon as possible to make changes within 60 days or I will be ineligible to make a healthcare plan change.
If I make a change to my healthcare plan within the Open Enrollment Period (October 15th - January 15th) coverage will be effective January 1st - February 1st.
