    Anthetic Therapy Training
  • Anthetic Therapy, founded by James Elliott, Ph.D., is based on a learning model. It sees the reason for human psychological distress as the learning we derived from our experiences, both positive and negative. This includes learning about ourselves, our self-worth, ourselves in relationship, and our destiny. The fundamental goal of Anthetic Therapy is inner freedom, the ability to disengage from all reactive attachments (e.g., to relationships, philosophies of life, and emotions.) The technology for achieving freedom consists of skills for Inner Critic work, Anthetic Dialogue, and Prototype work. These are taught in detail throughout the 12 hour training.
