    The Emerging Leaders Development Program is a 7-month cohort based program designed to provide participants with additional knowledge, skills and tools they need to advance their career.

    You are applying for consideration to be a part of the Fall 2025-26 cohort. We will be accepting applications on a rolling basis. This application is not for the Pawtucket Emerging Leaders Development Program.
