2023 Video Submission Form

The video highlight pairs well with your newsletter spotlight, but we do not require you to do both at the same time. Some helpful information to think about when submitting a request for a video highlight:

In order to book a video shoot, you must choose a specific date and time on the calendar. Dates must be booked at least 1 week in advance of when you would like to have the video shoot.

I will call or email you with any questions I may have prior to the shoot date; we want to be on the same page stylistically before shoot day.

The best videos feature people like the owner(s), management and/or employees and if possible, customers! You don’t need to worry about speaking during the video, unless that’s what you want for your video. If being on camera isn’t your thing, we understand. Although we highly suggest it, we won’t pressure you.

Your video will be ready to view approximately one week after the shoot date. While DDL is the final approver for these videos, we certainly want your input. We won’t post anything you don’t want posted. Keep in mind that we are a very small (but mighty) organization, and extra time around here doesn’t exist, therefore we cannot guarantee that requests for changes will be made.
