  • Due to the nature of some violations like grass re-pair/resod, exterior painting, roof repair/cleaning, etc. some home owners may need more time than the initial fourteen days given to fix the violation. The board in good faith will do its best to be work with home owners on their request for additional time. We ask that you please submit one plan of action per violation.

  • This request is only for an extension of time to fix a violation. Some projects will still require an ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC) APPLICATION FORM to be submitted and approved. 

    Once an Action Plan has been submitted to the board with a detailed plan and requested completion dates, the singular violation under review will be paused, and no further notice will be sent out until the board reviews the request at the next board meeting.

    If the action plan is denied, the board will notify the homeowner of the decision and update the homeowner on the next steps in the violation process. 

    If the action plan is approved, the homeowner will receive the Action Plan document back, signed by one of the board members.
