Deposit Requirement:
Appointments are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE WITH PAID DEPOSIT.To secure your appointment and your slot to be secured, a deposit of R100 is required after your submission of the booking form. This deposit will be credited towards your final hair service cost.If the deposit is not deposited recieved in 5 minutes of the appointment request ,the appointment will NOT BE APPROVED.
Grace Period:
We understand delays happen. You have a 30-minute grace period. Beyond this, a R70 fee will be applied.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
We respect your schedule. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 6 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.If you need to reschedule ,that can be done but the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE ,if you reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances ,you may request your deposit back OR reschedule for the day that works for you with deposit still going towards new scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Your time is valuable, as mine. Cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment time or failure to show up will result to loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required for rebooking.
