  • The HillToms Project is a collaboration among Food Rescue US - Columbus, the FOOD Soldier, Crossroads World Outreach Ministries, Red Migrante Ohio, and other organizations providing support to residents in the Hilltop and the Bottoms. This assessment will ask you to answer a series of questions about your experiences with food, food access, and barriers to food access. We hope to use this information to understand how and where people access food in this neighborhood, to identify barriers to accessing the foods people want and need, and to collect ideas about how to improve food access. Your participation in this questionnaire is voluntary. Even if you agree to participate now, you can withdraw at any time or refuse to answer any question without any consequences of any kind. Most people take about 10 minutes to answer the questions. You will not benefit directly from participating in this questionnaire. All information you provide will be treated confidentially, and any report on the results of this project will keep your identity anonymous. Please click "Yes" below to indicate your willingness to answer our questions!*
