Room Reservation Process
1. Complete and submit this form to request a room reservation at Our Lady of Grace.
2. An OLG Staff Member will follow-up with you via email within 1-3 business days to finalize your room selection, confirm your reservation, and provide any applicable fees or requirements for hosting your event.
3. An OLG Staff Member may ask you to fill out a Maintenance Request Form and Marketing & Communications Request Form as it pertains to your event.
