Queen City Music Fest XIV - April 29-30, 2023 - Piano Only!

Please fill in the form below. If you are registering more than 6 students, you must use an additional form. Please note that all performances will be limited to a maximum time of 6 minutes and all performers must adhere to that requirement - students performing over 6 minutes will be stopped and judged on the material heard. Students may perform no more than 2 pieces with a total performance time of 6 minutes maximum. Preferred payment is to use a credit card and pay through PayPal. Please note that you need not have a PayPal account to pay - you can use any credit or debit card. If you need to send a check please make payable and address to AlivenArts; PO Box 8534; 45208 and include a copy of your registration form. And, inform QCMF by email that the registration is in the mail. **Registrations are processed on a "first come first served" basis. If a location becomes full, you will be automatically moved to an alternate location. Registration Deadline is April 1, 2023. Confirmations will be sent approximately 2 weeks later. Thank you so much!
