  • Tigray Forum – Dallas 2023, Vendor Registration

    The Tigray Community of Dallas is excited to host you as a vendor for the Wa’Ela Tigray – Dallas 2023 celebration weekend. Please review the vendor registration details and submit your completed registration. You may contact the Planning Team with any questions at tigraycommunities@gmail.com.
  • REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

    • Registration Fee: The registration fee for vendors will be $150 per slot:
    • June 16, Friday Evening (6:00 PM - 1:30 AM)
      Registration fee: $150

      June 17, Saturday Morning/Afternoon (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
      Registration fee: $150

      June 17, Saturday Evening (5:30 PM - 1:30 AM)
      Registration fee: $150

      June 18, Sunday Morning/Afternoon (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
      Registration fee: $150

      June 18, Sunday Evening (5:30 PM - 1:30 AM)
      Registration fee: $150

    • Vendors are responsible for providing their own linens, electrical cords, and signage to accompany merchandise or services. Space in the exhibition area of the venue will be provided to registered vendors.
    • One rectangular table and 2 chairs will be provided by Wa’Ela Tigray to the first 10 vendors that register. Those after the first ten should contact the planning team about table and chair rentals via email: tigraycommunities@gmail.com.
    • Please notify the Planning Team organizers 15 days prior to the beginning conference date in the event you are no longer able to serve as a vendor. Monies will be refunded to the organization, minus a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations given less than 15 days prior to the beginning conference date.
    • Vendor registrations are due as soon as possible, but must be received no later than May 15th, 2023.

  • Vendors - Please list the names of individuals that will be serving at your vendor table. Names of individuals will be verified during check-in.

    Registration documents, payments, and waiver of responsibility must accompany this registration form and is due no later than May 15th, 2023.


    *Registration Fee for Vendors: $150.00 per slot. 

  • VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT:
    The above conditions are final. The Vendor indicates, by completing this registration process, that they are authorized to enter into this agreement. By completing this registration process you are agreeing to all rules and conditions herein stated. It is further your understanding that failure to comply with any portion of the aforementioned can result in being asked to exit the premises and not return as a vendor, as to be determined by the Forum coordinator(s). Tigray Communities Forum NA and the Tigray Community of Illinois reserves the right to amend this agreement without prior notice; vendors will be notified of changes, if any.

    In witness thereof, the Vendor and the Tigray Communities Forum NA, Wa’Ela Tigray Dallas 2023 Planning Team have executed this agreement the day and year indicated on the registration receipt.

    The Vendor Representative agrees that all members (as listed on the Vendor Registration Form) have reviewed the 2023 Vendor Information and Registration:
