    Join our network of employers, working at a system level, to share good practice on anchor approaches to employment, training and skills.

  • The network aims to support health and care professionals to develop their organisations as anchor institutios, or aspiring to anchor status, by providing a facilitated sharing and learning environment.

  • Please indicate if you work at a system level, engaging with health and social care partners; local authorities, local and national charities, social enterprises, job centres, schools, colleges and universities or other relevant system partners:

  • Please confirm that your work has one (or more) of the following aims:

    • Expanding entry level routes into health and care and creating pre-employment programmes
    • Reducing inequalities through providing employment opportunities to wider demographics
    • Focused partnership working with non-NHS organisations to raise awareness of roles within healthcare
    • Improving the health and wellbeing of your employees through fair and flexible working conditions
    • Promoting sustainability of the workforce through upskilling and career development

    All information supplied will be held by the NHS Employers, part of the NHS Confederation and may be stored on our internal contact management system. This information will remain secure and confidential and is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

    Information submitted will not be shared with third parties but may be shared within the NHS Confederation for the purposes of arranging meetings and communicating resources.

    We use Microsoft Teams to run meetings for the network. As such by joining this event, your name and email address may be visible through Microsoft Teams to other members of the network. This is a functionality of Microsoft Teams that we cannot alter. By signing up to our network and its events you are consenting for your data to be visible in this way. Please note, during the meeting you may be able to turn off your camera and potentially alter your name.

    Network meetings will be recorded for the purpose of writing up the minutes. The recording will not be shared and will be deleted after 30 days. You may turn off your camera if you do not wish to be recorded but your name and anything you say may be captured.
