JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Cashier/Milkshake Specialist:
-Demonstrate enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service to all Bodega guests. Consistently create high quality milkshakes and beverages while adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
-Fill customer orders for retail products including bulk and prepackaged mixes
-Learn and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food service and for the retail environment
-Maintain and organize all work and sales areas including the stockroom, coolers, and freezers
Short Cook:
-Taking customer orders and preparing food to their specifications. Grilling, cooking, and prepping foods. Planning and managing work orders to ensure all items of an order are finished and served at the same time. Grilling and garnishing sandwiches and other menu items.
Utility/Dining Room Attendant:
-Facilitate dining room and customer areas. Clean tables, remove dirty dishes, replace soiled linens; replenish supply of clean linens, plastic wear, and dishes; set up, restock;
