LB Transactions/Lori Baddeley may post on social media celebrating successful closings, active or new listings, and open houses. Do I have your permission to share?
Hiring Agreement:

Agent understands that they will remain a part of all transactions and stay in communication with their client throughout the process.

Agent understands that LB Transaction Services/Lori Baddeley does not and will not negotiate any terms of the contract, including, but not limited to appraisal discrepancies and repairs.

Agent will use the New Contract form to submit all new Contract to Close transactions and the Prelisting form for all new listings. These can be found on my website or links can be saved to your phone or browser for easy access.

Payment:

For all PreListings, payment is due once work is completed or when listing goes active, whichever is first.

PreListings are $250.

For all Contract to Close, payment is due no later than 1 day after closing. I will invoice you on closing day.

Contract to Close is $350

Dual Agency is $500

File Compliance starts at $100. Price is subject to change once I have had the opportunity to review and determine what will be needed to make file compliant.

Late payments are subject to a late fee.

LB Transactions/Lori Baddeley will do my best to keep you and your client in the loop for all happenings of your files. I will call, email, or text as needed.
