The HMIS Project Set Up form is utilized to notify the KS BoS CoC HMIS team of a new/renewal homeless dedicated project in the Kansas Balance of State Continuum of Care. For HMIS participating new projects, the Director or assigned Program Manager submits this form prior to the start of the new project Operating Date.
