We welcome all mediums that include Paintings, Drawings, Printmaking, Photography, Mixed Media, Sculptures, Textiles, Gourds, Ceramics, Jewelry, Cards, Stickers and anything that is created with your heart and soul.

FemArt Gallery has 10 tables inside this venue but table clothes are not provided. The tables are reclaimed wood, but if you would like a table covering you may bring one. You must have an active resale certifcate in the state of Florida and Point of Sale harware or software to participate in this market.

If you do not have your own resale certificate and POS you may sell under the FemArt umbrella and 10% will be deducted from the sale price to defray processing costs with funds distributed within 30 days.

Set for this market begins at 5pm, the market will run from 6pm-9pm the artist must be present  and responsible for their table for the entire market.

 SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

All submissions must include TAX & POS, MEDIUM, SET UP, and PRICE RANGE.  

Tax & POS - Pleaselet us know if you have a Florida Resale Certificate in your name and method to accept payment (Square, Cash App, Venmo, Stripe, ect.)

Set up - Please indicate what tables, table coverings, easles, ect you will have to display your items and if you will need access to electricity. FemArt does not provide extention cords.

Medium - Please list all mediums you will be bringing to the market (paintings, stickers, ceramics, jewelry, drawings, photography, ect.)

Price - Please include credit processing fees of 10% when figuring your sale price, if you are processing payment through FemArt.  For successful mmarket sales we reccommed bringing products priced between $1 -$100, with the majority of items priced below $40.  Please consider the cost to make the art and your time and what the art means to you.

Submissions without all four descriptors will be inelligable for display in this exhibition.

Disclosure Statement for Artist Submission

Answering a Call to Artists with FemArt is not just promoting your work but also contributing to FemArt's mission to support and promote all women artists. 

• ​We ask for a registration fee in the form of a donation for this show that is tax deductible and is reinvested to support our shows and grow our efforts to give women a visual voice in our culture.  (If this is a factor that will keep you from joining our market we ask that you request a financial waiver or special circumstances so that we can get your voice seen in our shows without a financial burden.  E-mail us your request for consideration if life is presenting unusual challenges for you right now and we will be happy to offer support.)
• ​FemArt Gallery, Inc. also takes a 10% processing fee  from the sales of artwork when using our payment processor. This is not a fee that can be waived and we ask that artists price their work with this consideration.
• INSURANCE - FemArt Gallery, Inc. and owners of the building do not provide insurance for artwork that is exhibited.  We highly recommend that every artist have their work insured for damage or loss during a Femart event.  FemArt Gallery, Inc. is not responsible for any damage or loss of artwork in transit or exhibition timeframe.  The gallery building is also relinquished from any responsibility for any damage or loss of artwork. 
• The artist or a representitive of the artist must be present for the entire length of the market, even if the artist is using FemArt to process their payments. All materials used for display or sale at the market must be brought to and removed from the market area by the artist or their representitive according to the market timeline.
