WeBreak Hip-Hop Dance Company is a b-boy owned company that teaches advanced breaking curriculum to the youth. We are consistently hiring for our expanding Southern California & Las Vegas regions. Breaking experience is required for all listed positions.
This application will take about 30 minutes to complete - please read the descriptions at the top of each section before inputting your answers, in order to fully understand what WeBreak is looking for from applying individuals.

Teaching Experience

Prior teaching experience is not mandatory, but preferred. WeBreak provides paid training to all instructors - you start teaching classes by yourself after you have been fully trained (takes up to 60 days to complete). We are looking for b-boys and b-girls, with or without teaching experience who are teachable, team players, communicative, and actively motivated to train.
Please fill out the following questions honestly and thoroughly, so we may get a clear picture what teaching experience you have. WeBreak primarily works with students between the ages of 3 to 12 years old, in group class settings; we hire instructors who have past experience with this age group and/or are willing and passionate about learning and working with the youth despite its challenges.
