WeBreak Hip-Hop Dance Company is a bboy-owned organization specializing in youth breaking programs. We are consistently hiring for our expanding Southern California, Portland, and Las Vegas regions. Breaking experience is required.

Teaching Experience

Prior teaching experience is not mandatory, but preferred. WeBreak provides paid training to all coaches - you start teaching classes by yourself after you have completed training. We are looking to work with bgirls and bboys who are teachable, team players, communicative, and actively motivated to train.
Please fill out the following questions honestly and thoroughly, so we may get a clear picture what teaching experience you have. WeBreak primarily works with students between the ages of 3 to 12 years old, in group class settings; we hire coaches who have past experience with this age group and/or are willing and passionate about learning and working with the youth despite its challenges.
