Cydney Bergdorf Appointment Request
Please Note:
I do not replicate other artist's work. I will alter existing designs in order to respect the integrity of my and the other artist's work. Please familiarize yourself with my style and know that anything I design will be a blend of my art style (cartoon, bold line, bold color) and the reference.
For most projects, a $200 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This often goes towards the price of your tattoo. For larger projects such as sleeve work, torsos, and backs, a $200-$500 deposit is required.
Because my time is very limited, sketches or rough drafts of the design will not be started until the deposit is paid.
I do not send designs via text or email, so if you want to see the design before hand, you can choose to apply your deposit to an additional more hands-on consultation process. This includes one consultation to talk about the idea of the design, content, flow, colors, etc. and a second consultation to go over the design with you and discuss any changes. Please note that any additional changes beyond simple tweaks will result in another drawing deposit.
Due to time being limited and the fact that I am only one person, I cannot accept all tattoos at this time. I will prioritize designs that align with my style and that I am passionate about designing and tattooing. If a requested tattoo design is outside of my wheelhouse or I can't accomodate your preferred time, you will be notified!
Short of health or emergency situations, I require 72 hours notice if you want to reschedule your appointment or change your idea. I will do my best to provide you the same consideration.
That being said, if you are feeling unwell before your appointment, please let me know. I am immune-compromised and will gladly reschedule you if it means avoiding being out of commission for an extended period of time.
Generally speaking, a change to your appointment date is preferable, but no-showing or canceling last minute will result in a loss of deposit. It is up to my discretion whether I will reschedule after a no-show or last minute cancellation, and I may require payment up front for a reschedule at that point.
Tattoos are considered permanent and are nonrefundable.

This image will allow me to have a better vision of what you have in mind for the tattoo. If there are existing tattoos, scars, or other potential factors that may affect the new tattoo, please try to make those visible in the photos.
