Donation and Sponsorship Form
Tri-County Feed Service is proud to serve the community from two locations. We have a history of strong community ties as a family-owned, local business since 1952. From delivery to customer service we care about our customers. As we have grown so have the number of requests for donations and sponsorships. We will assess each request with thoughtful consideration and do the best we can to help while adhering to our budget. Each request must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to any event. *All requests must use this form and any flyers or relative documents must be emailed to donations@tri-countyfeed.com *Dropping off forms will not get them in the hands of the proper person that handles donations so all requests must follow this process.
