The former student must submit a letter that includes

reasons for withdrawal from PNWU,
status and/or activities involved with since withdrawal,
reasons to be considered for readmission,
and their plan to complete academic program with 150% of the published program length.

The former student may also submit any supportive documentation they feel the admission committee should consider.

The admission committee may ask for letters of reference, medical documentation, etc. and will review the student's credentials on file with PNWU. The admission committee has the right to conduct interviews, secure documenation, evaluate past grades and performance.
