I agree to allow Dragon Academy to transport my child to/from the school listed above at agreed upon start and end times for that school. In the event that an authorized person is not present to receive my child, the bus driver will wait an additional 5 minutes for the authorized person to arrive. If after 5 minutes the authorized person has not arrived, the child will be brought back to Dragon Academy and the Guardian will be notified.
