• LTA Foundation Scholarship Application

  • Thank you for your interest in applying for a $1,000 LTA Foundation Scholarship. 
    Please answer all questions prior to submitting your application.

    The ideal candidate is one who demonstrates:

    1. Academic success via a cumulative GPA no less than 2.8
    2. Active involvement in making an impact on the community outside of their profession/job duties
    3. Enrollment at a higher learning institution in Fall 2023

    If selected, the following may be requested:

    1. Participate in a phone interview
    2. Provide a video testimonial
    3. Be asked for documentation to support the data you provided in your application

    While not required, recipients will be highly encouraged to attend the Lambda Theta Alpha National Convention Awards Ceremony during the 2023 National Convention taking place June 30-July 2 in Baltimore, MD.

    Please note that all amounts awarded will be paid directly to the institution where the award winner is enrolled. No payments will be made directly to the award winner.
