Flexi Rate Sessions (available max 14 days in advance)

This option allows you to cross over mid-day
Book from 1 hour to 4 hour sessions with boardroom style room layout, available anytime between 8am and 5pm weekdays. Pricing is calculated on number of guests x time required. Reserve a time slot to order from our cafe menu on the day. Tea coffee available from the cafe as required.
Add driving range access if required

Half-day Session either side of 12noon. @$49.90pp +gst

This option allows you book a max 4 hour session either side of 12noon includes either morning or afternoon tea with boardroom style room layout, filter tea / coffee on arrival included or at extra cost barista coffee & specialty teas available at the cafe. Max 4 hours per session, excluding set-up / pack-down if available/required. Add driving range access if required

Orlando Full Day Session @ $94.90pp +gst

Full-day all inclusive Meeting / Lunch & Range session
includes lunch, filter tea/coffee on arrival, full morning / afternoon teas, boardroom style room layout, either seated Cafe or working lunch (additional menus available at extra cost) Driving Range Bay and unlimited golf balls during morning lunch and afternoon tea sessions (all day availability at additional cost)
Based on up to 8 hours stay

If you have a facilitator or a guest/s requiring earlier access to the venue than you have listed as a “pre-setup” time, then please give them our details to ensure staff can organise the front gates to be opened earlier for them.

We have read the Orlando Country cancellation policy and understand the fee is dependant on the amount of time out from the event that the cancellation has occurred.We understand that charges will occur if our numbers drop more than 10% from our original booking and will ensure Orlando Country are kept up to date with expected numbers.We agree to pay in full for any reduction in numbers attending 10 days or less from the event.No food / alcohol is to be brought onto the property at any time
