Cancellation: In the rare case the Institute or Teacher cancels the class a full refund or transfer to a future class is provided. The Institute and/or the Teacher reserve the right to cancel any class up to 14 days prior to the class start date.
Student Cancellation: If a student cancels less than 7 days prior to the first day of instruction, 50% of tuition will be refunded. Please contact Cross River Wilderness Centre for their cancellation policy.
The Arvigo® Institute and Teachers are not responsible for costs incurred that were not part of the class fees such as travel, shuttle expenses, lodging, meals, etc.
