It's the same fantastic venue that hosted the MAS Student Concert 2023, making it the perfect setting for our highly anticipated event.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Do I need to wear a mask?

All guests will not be required to wear a mask. However, if you feel unwell, please wear a mask. Participants will perform mask-off. Take note that this also depends on the COVID situation in August. 

 

Can I bring my child to attend the concert?

All guests must be at least 4 years old or older to attend. Purchase a ticket for your child if an extra seat is needed.

 

Do I need to show the tickets?

On the day of the event, you will need to present the ticket that you received.

 

What if I need to cancel or change my tickets?

Sorry, all tickets are non refundable once paid.

 

Is the venue wheelchair assessible?

Yes.

 

How are the seats assigned?

Seats are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

 

Can performers perform the piece with the music score, or must they play from memory?
Performers are strongly encouraged to perform from memory.

 

Is there an intermission?

We'll decide on an intermission based on the number of participants. Kindly use the restroom before the concert begins. Once it starts, doors will be closed until the end of each performance.

 

What is the dress code?

Formal attire and shoes are preferred. Participants should dress appropriately for their performance.

 

What are the house rules?

Please keep mobile devices on silent and remain seated throughout the concert. Non-compliance may result in being asked to leave.

 

Are there any food options in the vicinity?

Unfortunately, there aren't any food establishments nearby. Please feel free to bring your own snacks or meals if needed. However, there are vending machines available for beverages.

 

Can I take photos and videos during the concert?

While photography and recording are permitted, we kindly ask that you remain considerate of others and avoid obstructing their view. If you'd like to take a group photo, please allow our photographer to capture a shot first before proceeding. Thank you for your cooperation!

 

When will I receive the concert photos and videos?

It may take us a few weeks to ensure everything is perfect before sending them to you. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

 

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, please park at the Singapore Cultural Centre nearby. You can refer to https://www.musikartzstudio.com/events for more diections.
