Medical Emergencies
In the event I cannot be reached to make arrangements for medical care, I give consent for a member of the STES staff to provide any first aid care deemed necessary. I authorize the school personnel to secure any and all necessary emergency medical care for my child.
Potty Training
It is expected that children entering the PRESCHOOL THREES class be potty trained.
St. Thomas Episcopal School’s definition of “potty trained” is:
Photo Release
St. Thomas Episcopal SchooI likes to celebrate the achievements of our students and staff by taking photos of school activities. These photos may appear in various outlets including the school website, Tiger Tales Newsletter, our social media accounts, and marketing materials. Once enrolled, STES will provide a form to complete about photo release.
Water Activities
I give my consent for my child to participate in water activites at STES which may include sprinker and water table play.
Shot Record/Vaccinations
St. Thomas Episcopal School requires all students to have current immunizations to attend our school. I will provide STES with an up to date record of my child's immunizations by August 1, 2023. I realize that immunizations must be current and that it is my responsibility to provide updated records to the office each time my child receives vaccines throughout the year. If current shot records are not provided, my child will not be able to attend STES.
Handbook Acknowledgement
All families will receive a link to review the 2023-2024 Handbook before the school year begins. At that time an acknowledgement form will be available to verify your review of the STES Handbook.
Tuition Policy
I understand that tuition is due on the first of the month and will be drafted from the credit card/account on file. All registration deposits/fees are due at the time of registration. Late fees will be assessed to any unpaid tuition after the 10th of the month. A $35 fee will be charged if the card on file declines.
There is a $225 enrollment fee per new student, $125 enrollment fee per additional student, due with the application.
This can be paid in person by check, or with PayPal.
Tuition is paid over 10 months beginning in August prior to the school year beginning.
