We really appreciate having parents verify our player's application. Over the years, we've found that parents tend to include important information that seemingly always gets overlooked.

There you will find information on traveling, costs, expectations, and how the entire season comes together due to lots of work by volunteers and a commitment by our community partners.

If at the end of the season your son either leaves early or stays later than expected, our finance department will refund or bill depending. Everyone will be notified.

Payments and Invoicing
Contract Players
- A housing deposit of $700 was required during registration to secure the player's place on the team and housing when on the Cape.
- Mid July we will bill all player families for the remainder of the season.
- The total cost for the entire season is approximately $1,400, based on $20 a day. Total costs are simply dependent on the day the player arrives and the day they leave.
- Any additional housing payment will be billed at the end of the season to true up for the player's actual stay in Brewster including playoffs. If a player's stay in Brewster is shorter than the deposit total, the club will remit any excess payment.
