Petitioners for official GRAPPA endorsement of educational meetings are invited to complete the following meeting considerations application form.

This process should be completed prior to recruiting speakers and finalizing the program agenda.

A response from the GRAPPA Education Committee will be provided in a timely manner. All approvals are finalized by the GRAPPA Board of Directors.

Upon event approval from GRAPPA, our team will be in touch with an outline of next steps.

Please use the checklist below to make sure you have the information needed for submitting your request:

Pre-Planning and Proposal Checklist
☐ Confirm event aligns with GRAPPA’s educational mission and focus on psoriatic disease.
☐ Identify local organizers and define roles and responsibilities.
☐ Determine event type: Workshop, Symposium, Adjacent Meeting, GRAPPA-Endorsed Program, Webinar, Collaboration, etc.
☐ Confirm estimated budget, sponsorship plan, and proposed GRAPPA endorsement fee.
☐ Ensure no overlap or conflict with other GRAPPA events or major international conferences.

☐ Submit this GRAPPA Educational Event Request Form (include draft agenda, speakers, dates, and funding source).

GRAPPA is a nonprofit organization. Accordingly, all educational initiatives and stand-alone meetings conducted under GRAPPA’s name or endorsement must be organized on a noncommercial, not-for-profit basis. Reasonable compensation for administrative or organizational work may be permitted with prior review and approval by GRAPPA leadership to ensure alignment with the organization’s nonprofit mission and ethical standards.*
