This is our policy, by purchasing from us you agree to all listed. If you do not read, you are still held subject to follow.
Pick up and Transportation.
-We are located in Browns Mills, NJ we will pick a meet up location, if you cannot meet at this location and require us to drive further there will be a small gas fee added to your payment depending on location 10-15$ added.
-We operate as a CLOSED RABBITRY, unless we know you personally, we do not allow anyone into our rabbitry for safety reasons and the health of our rabbits and family.
-The morning of pick up/meet up please be responsible to touch base with us, we will not hunt you down, but we will send a message before leaving to meet. After handing the rabbit to you we are no longer responsible for the rabbit.
-If going with a transport company, make sure to run it by us first so we are aware of what day to drop off with transport.
-Before dropping off to transport we will take photos and send videos of the rabbit being loaded to meet transport. After giving the bun to transport we are no longer responsible for the rabbit. Including; If it gets sick, Dies, stolen, or swapped we are not liable we will not offer a refund/replacement. It is your responsibility to find a reliable transporter.
Deposits and Payment.
-We require a 25$ non-refundable deposit to reserve your bunny. The purpose is so we hold your rabbit for you, there will be NO REFUNDS no matter the circumstances. This deposit will be via Paypal or Venmo.
-Payment at pickup must be sent in full via paypal or venmo, if cash it must be exact, we do not offer change.
-If you are working with transport, we ask you pay for your rabbit IN FULL a week before we drop off to transport. if you cannot pay in full, we will give you 48hours after that we will not offer a refund of the deposit and move on to the next person for the rabbit.
Guarantees
-There are NO GUARENTEES of any kind, for any reason. To many factors involved.
-Pick up and full inspection of the rabbit is YOUR responsibility. If fail to do so we hold no liability of any kind. Once the rabbit leaves our possession, we are in no way responsible for anything that happens. This includes, illness, injuries, vet bills ect...
-If death occurs while in our care, after a deposit is made/before picking up; It is our choice whether to offer a refund or replacement. (This is the ONLY time a deposit/ any money towards a rabbit will be refunded.)
-We only work with those that maintain a respectful and courteous manner. I do not tolerate rude, disrespectful or crude people. Any form of harassing, badgering or repeat aggravating WILL result in total forfeit of any/all money received. This includes on our socials; we will block you and no longer do business with you.
-We run on a waitlist, if you'd like to be added contact us through email with the breed you are interested in. Once available we will send photos and give information. You will have 24 hours to respond after that, if you are not interested in what is available you will remain on the waitlist, if you do not respond within 3 days of that time your name will be removed from our waitlist. We must keep things moving so everyone gets a chance it is not fair to keep others waiting.
-Rabbits are sold AS IS.
-Our rabbits will not be picked until after 10 weeks of age. We asses each kit and label where we see fit. (Pet, Brood, show)
-Pet quality will not be sold with pedigree, Will have document to sign to not breed said rabbit and spay and neuter. (Please note this is to better the breed, if you wish to breed be honest a price tag is nothing when investing)
-We cannot guarantee a rabbit will win shows, we base our judgements on SOP as close as we can.
-We try our best to determine genders. Nothing is guarenteed
