YOU MUST SUBMIT A CLEAR PHOTO OF YOUR ARTWORK THROUGH THIS FORM. Please upload 2-5 photos of your donated piece so that we can promote your work on our website and social media (the earlier submitted, the better opportunity to be included in marketing initiatives).
