ALL Artist Donor Forms and artwork photo submissions MUST BE SUBMITTED BY: Friday, September 1, 2023 (we will not accept donations for consideration past this point). YOU MUST SUBMIT A CLEAR PHOTO OF YOUR ARTWORK THROUGH THIS FORM. Please upload 2-5 photos of your donated piece so that we can promote your work on our website and social media (the earlier submitted, the better opportunity to be included in marketing initiatives). Hand deliver to Matrix's Woodbridge location every Tuesday or Thursday from 10:00 am-4:00 pm. THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD – contact lgarrison@matrixhs.org if you require an alternate day/time. Delivery address: 1400 Woodbridge, Detroit, MI 48207. Please call Linda Garrison at 313-969-0635 to schedule a delivery time or if you have questions.
