Meeting Details and Costs
Attendance Options:
The full four-day programme of the Meeting will only be available in-person. However, certain portions of the Meeting will also be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend in person. Full details about virtual attendance will be finalized soon. There will be a 50$ fee for virtual attendees, and it is hoped that those attending via Zoom will be able to participate in votes. If you are hoping to attend virtually, please register now and wait for further details about payment and virtual access.
Accommodation:
Representatives and Guests are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. Information about accomodations options can be found by clicking here. Please note that these rooms & rates are set aside until April 1st only.
Registration Fees:
In-Person Adult: 175$
In-Person Youth (12 - 17 years old): 100$
In-Person Child (under 12): 75$
For in-person attendees, the registration fee of $175 includes all meals, as well as other Meeting materials.
Child care & children's programming will be available Thursday afternoon, Friday, and Saturday during each day's agenda, excluding meals.

Payment Options:
1. E-transfer: please send your registration fee by eTransfer to NorthernSpirit@united-church.ca. *Make sure to indicate your name and that you are paying your Annual Meeting Registration in the memo line.
2. Via Cheque: please mail & make cheque payable to: Northern Spirit Regional Council, 13535 122 Avenue NW, Edmonton AB T5L 2V7.
Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.
There will be no refund for cancellation after April 1st, 2023.
Also please note if you pay the $50 for online attendance, you will not be included in in-person arrangements, and we will not be able to accomodate a change in attendance past the registration deadline.
