Important information:
**Hand-crafted merchandise will be prioritized for location over other merchandise.
**The committee reserves the right to remove objectionable items or revoke vendor permits without compensation. Should you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact the committee.
**There is no guarantee that you will be placed in the same location as in previous years.
**Only one vendor per paid spot is permitted. Should you have any further inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
**This year, we will establish time slots for each section to ensure ample time for all vendors to be properly set up and to maintain controlled traffic flow.
**We cannot guarantee that you will not be placed on a hill, so please prepare any fragile items. We will not be able to relocate your spot on the day of setup.
**The Williamson Apple Blossom Committee and/or the Town of Williamson will not be held liable for thefts, damage, or loss of any merchandise or mishaps. There will be be security on premise during the overnight hours.
**The Williamson Apple Blossom Committee and/or the Town of Williamson does not assume liability for any instances of personal vehicles being towed when not parked in legal spaces.
**The collection and reporting of Wayne County/NYS sales tax are the vendor’s responsibility. Craft vendors must submit a copy of their certificate of authority from New York State.
**This is an event that will take place rain or shine, with no rain date or refunds. No exceptions will be made.
**All vendors must have a fire extinguisher in their booth.
**The booth spaces are paved.
**All vendors must remain open for the entire duration of the festival.
Payment must be received on or before May 1st, 2025. Any payments made after this date, may not be able to participate as space is limited.
We will send an invoice to those approved for the craft show via Square.
