It is time once again for another Apple Blossom Festival.
Our theme this year is The Yellow Brick Road Leads to the Apple Blossom Festival!

Set up will be Friday, May 17th, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
Please, be on Main Street no later than 3:30 pm.

2024 pricing:
10x10 booth - $275
for every additional 10 feet, $25 will be added.
(example: 10ft x 20ft = $275 + $25 = $300)

Important Information:

-Payment is due NO LATER than May 1st to keep a spot. If payment is received later than May 1st, we may not have space available due to capacity limits.
-Vendors MUST provide insurance certificates and NYS permits with payment. If we do not have these before the festival, you will not be allowed to set up.
-All vendors MUST have fire extinguishers. All Tents must be Fire-resistant. Paperwork needs to be provided to show it is fire-resistant.
-If you require anything more than a 20 amp electrical circuit, we need to know AHEAD of time.
