2026 Apple Blossom Food Vendor Application
  • Hey there, folks! Guess what? It’s the 65th anniversary of the Williamson Apple Blossom! And this year, we’re having a sapphire year that’s going to be absolutely spectacular!

    Set up will be Friday, May 16th, from 2:30pm to 3:30pm
    Please-be on Main Street no later than 3:30pm

    2026 pricing: 
    10x20 booth: $500 
    (For every additional 10 feet, $50 will be added)

    NOTE: If you only need a 10x10, feel free to reach out to us directly. We’d be happy to chat and find a better price for you!

  • **Important Information:**

    - Payment is due by May 1st to secure a spot. Payment received after May 1st may result in space limitations due to capacity constraints.

    - Vendors are required to submit insurance certificates and New York State permits with payment. Failure to provide these documents prior to the festival will result in denial of setup.

    - All vendors must have fire extinguishers and fire-resistant tents. Fire-resistant documentation must be provided to verify compliance.

    - Vendors seeking a circuit exceeding 20 amps must notify us in advance.
