Each retail vendor will be provided with a 10x10 booth that is branded with company name, 8 foot table, and 2 chairs. Food Vendors must provide their own booth set up.

Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:

In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received 30 Days prior to the date of the event. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received beyond May 17, 2023.
