Vendor Application Form

Complete this form to apply as a Vendor. Selected vendors will be advised by email, which will include a link to pay the registration fee. Please finalize your registration by submitting payment no later than the due date shown on your invoice because space is very limited. If an invoice remains outstanding past the due date, we reserve the right to automatically cancel the reservation and free up that spot for another vendor.
*Note: MLMs are not accepted at the moment.
Payments for vendor registrations are non-refundable, see refund policy on our website.

- Vendors offering food must obtain the required permit at the MAPAQ. If the event organizer is fined due a vendor's failure to obtain the required permit, the said vendor will be held liable to reimburse the fine.
- The venue requires that all vendors obtain liability insurance coverage of at least $2M for the event.
- Booth payments are final sales. No refunds or credits will be issued if a vendor cancels after March 5, 2023. Cancellation and refund requests received on or before March 5 may be granted at our sole discretion. If we cancel the event, a full refund will be issued for the registration fee the vendor has paid.
