At Savvy Bridal Collective, we believe exceptional bridal stylists are developed through experience, training, and a deep understanding of the bridal journey.
For this reason, all Bridal Stylist candidates should expect to begin their Savvy career as a Saturday Bridal Stylist, regardless of previous retail, sales, customer service, or professional experience.
Our Saturday Stylist Program allows new team members to learn:
• The Savvy Bridal customer experience
• Bridal gown styling and fit
• Designer collections and product knowledge
• Bridal Live systems and processes
• Sales and closing techniques
• Appointment flow and customer service standards
After successfully completing a minimum six-month training and evaluation period as a Saturday Stylist, team members may be considered for Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities as business needs allow.
Please note that completion of the Saturday Stylist Program does not guarantee a Part-Time or Full-Time position. Advancement opportunities are based on performance, availability, business demand, and open positions within the company.
Saturdays are our busiest and most important day of the week and are required for all Bridal Stylist positions.
• Ideal availability: 3–4 Saturdays per month
• Minimum availability: 2 Saturdays per month
• This requirement applies to both Part-Time and Full-Time Bridal Stylists
Candidates unable to meet the Saturday availability requirement should not apply at this time.
