Savvy Bridal Collective is a luxury, fashion-forward bridal retailer. Our Bridal Stylists are sales professionals who represent our brand through their personal style, polish, and results.

What this role is:
- A commission-driven retail sales position with defined KPIs
- A client-facing role that requires confident, consultative selling
- A brand-representative role in a high-end fashion environment

What this role is not:
- Simply helping brides try on gowns
- A casual retail position

Our Saturday Stylist Program is the first step toward joining our team. Stylists begin with a Saturday-only schedule while completing training, then may be considered for Part-Time or Full-Time positions based on performance, availability, and business needs.

Saturday expectations:
- Ideal availability: 3–4 Saturdays per month
- Minimum availability: 2 Saturdays per month
- Saturdays are our busiest day and are required for all Bridal Stylists

Candidates unable to meet the minimum Saturday availability requirement should not apply at this time.

Sales Performance & Accountability

Work toward individual and store sales goals.

Be measured on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, sales results, and other established performance metrics.

Confidently guide brides through the purchasing decision, including handling objections and closing sales.

Participate in coaching, training, performance reviews, and ongoing development.

Fashion & Professional Presentation

Maintain a polished, professional, fashion-forward appearance that reflects our luxury brand.

Demonstrate strong personal style, grooming, communication, and attention to detail.

Represent Savvy Bridal with confidence, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality.
