Terms and Conditions
The competition is open to all Australian residents (this includes Australian residents currently working overseas). Australian Romance accepts creative work with a theme related to your best romantic moment in Australia. (“THE SUBMISSION MATERIALS”). Non-English language submission materials must include embedded English subtitles or English translation. Notification of Results:The winners will be notified of the results by email on May 30, 2023. Rights & Releases: • The submitter understands that they own or control copyright in the submission materials and in all underlying rights therein and are duly authorized to submit the submission materials to the Australian Romance. • As a condition of entering the submission materials into the competition, entrants hereby grant to Australian Romance the right to copy and use the submission material for promotional purposes in all media throughout the world in perpetuity and at no additional cost. • Australian Romance and its partners shall not be liable for any claims connected with the submission materials and the entrant hereby releases Australian Romance therefrom.
