    The hotel will charge $10.00 for each additional person (in excess of two) in a room.

    Room rates are subject to applicable taxes of 13.625% applicable service fees and/or hotel specific fees, a $2.00 state hotel fee, $2.00 tourism fee and $3.00 state room tax A hotel fee of $26.00 per room, per night plus tax applies and provides for an enhanced stay experience for guests which includes WiFi in guestrooms and public areas Reservations include a $5.00 voucher toward self-park

    Reservations must be made on or before March 23, 2022, at 5:00 PM ET (cut-off time) to qualify for the convention rate. Reservations made after this are on a space and rate available basis. Check IN Time: 4:00 PM Check OUT Time: 11:00 AM

    Reservations cancelled less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled check-in date will be charged a fee equal to the applicable rate for the first room night

  • If you would like to participate in the exhibitor prize raffle, please display your giveaway on your booth so the registrants may drop a business card to win. NJADONA will announce the prize winners on Tuesday beginning at 11:30 AM. Please indicate on your registration or email njadonaltc@gmail.com if you will be participating in the raffle.

  • The NJADONA conference theme is Superheroes in Scrubs. Please feel free to use this theme to decorate your booth at conference. Registrants will be voting on their favorite booth and the winning exhibitor will receive a free booth at the NJADONA 2024 conference.
