Please note that your desired date may be listed as 'NOT AVAILABLE' if we've already spoken with you and placed it on hold.  Please proceed and list the date on the next page of this application.  

Disclaimer: Suite 415 will make every reasonable effort to keep the availability calendar as up-to-date as possible. However, a date listed as available may not actually be open because of last-minute scheduling changes. Should your date be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We have two rooms available for events.

The "LOWER HALL", lower room is 2000 square foot and offers seating for 100 guest and the head table that seats up to 14 persons.  It has a full bar.  Catering is available for events with a full menu to choose from.

The "UPPER HALL", upper room is 3000 square foot and offers seating between 200 to 275 depending on table lay-out, buffet (if required for event), and head table (special guest, bride & groom table, meet & greet).  If the event is standing such as a concert, we can get between 250 to 300 depending on VIP seating.  It has a mini-bar.  Catering is available for events with a full menu to choose from.

Additional staff are available such as bar tenders, servers, security, parking attendants, and management who can assist in all event activities.

Suite 415 is only available for booking during the following hours:

Mondays – Thursdays from 8:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M.

Friday – Saturdays from 8:00 A.M. until 12:00 Midnight

Sundays from 12:00 noon until 10:00 P.M.

The facility will not be open for more than twelve hours (consecutively or otherwise) in any given day. Please schedule carefully. If the venue is not vacated by the time listed, the lessee will be billed for additional hours at the scheduled rate.

Lower Hall:  $1,000.00 per day (8-hour block) Tables & Chairs are provided.

Additional Options Available:  Bar & Staff, Staging, Audio & Video, Entertainers, Catering Service.

Upper Hall:   $1,000.00 per day (8-hour block) Empty Space.  

Additional Options Avilable:  Bar & Staff, Stage, Audio & Video, Entertainers, Podium & Microphone, Catering Services.

Both Halls:   $2,000.00 (10-hour block)

Additional Hours (beyond block rate):  $100.00

Additional Hours (beyond 12 hours, after 12:00AM on Fridays or Saturdays, or after 10:00PM on Sundays through Thursdays): $200.00

Rehearsal Rate:  $150.00 (4-hour block)
Additional Hours (beyond 4): $75.00

The facility will not be open for more than twelve hours (consecutively or otherwise) in any given day.  For events that are unable to fit within the availability schedule or for events that exceed 12 hours in a single day, a rate of $200.00 per hour will be assessed.

An estimation of rental fees will be provided upon confirmation of receipt of this application.  All additional equipment and additional time shall be added to this amount and invoiced to the lessee.  A 50% of balance shall be required to hold event dates & times.  Balance due upon start of event.  

I, the lessee have filled out the RENTAL APPLICATON form and understand that the facility will be available based solely on the times I have provided. I understand that I have a maximum lease time as listed on the RENTAL INFORMATION form. I understand that failure to remove all persons and property from the facility after my event, will result in a bill for additional hours. I, the lessee understand that Suite 415 Security is required for my event and must be paid in additional to my rental fee. I understand the cancellation policy as detailed on the RENTAL APPLICATION and agree to pay for any cancellation charges.
