• 2023 All-Virginia Band, Chorus & Orchestra Housing Form

  • This form may be completed for your school, school district (county), combination of schools, or VMEA district.

    The Marriott and the Hilton (across the street from each other) will be utilized for the combined event housing. The rate is the same rate for both hotels.

    The room rate PER NIGHT for a single, double, triple or quad room is $184/night (taxes and service fees included).

    VMEA does not combine students.  If you are looking for a roomate for your student, please email us and we will try to connect you with other directors looking for the same.  

    PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU REGISTER A SINGLE STUDENT, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR A SINGLE ROOM.

    After your form submission, you will receive a PayPal invoice by email.  You may pay by check or credit card.  If paying by check, please include a copy of the invoice.

  • A PayPal invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the email address at the top of this form.

    If paying by check:
    - Print invoice and mail with check to:
            VMEA Treasurer

            Williamsburg, VA 23188

    - If submission is for multiple schools, you have the option to pay for only your portion of the invoice.

    - Please forward the invoice to the other directors for them to pay their portion as well.

    If paying by card: 

    - Click "Pay Invoice" and follow instructions.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

    - If your submission is for multiple schools/directors you have the option to partially pay for your portion of the invoice.  Simply select the amount you are paying before entering your card information.

    -You will then need to forward the invoice to the other schools/directors for them to pay their portion.  The invoice will only be sent to the person submitting the form.
