This form may be completed for your school, school district (county), combination of schools, or VMEA district.
The Marriott and the Hilton (across the street from each other) will be utilized for the combined event housing. The rate is the same rate for both hotels.
The room rate PER NIGHT for a single, double, triple or quad room is $184/night (taxes and service fees included).
VMEA does not combine students. If you are looking for a roomate for your student, please email us and we will try to connect you with other directors looking for the same.
PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU REGISTER A SINGLE STUDENT, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR A SINGLE ROOM.
After your form submission, you will receive a PayPal invoice by email. You may pay by check or credit card. If paying by check, please include a copy of the invoice.
