  • - I confirm to be atleast 18 years of age or older and am willing to provide identification upon request.

    - Not all requests will be accepted. This is due to multiple reasons; style does not suit Alyssa's, problems with payment/bookings with individuals in the past, not enough information was given, Alyssa is not comfortable with placement or design, etc.

    - By submitting this request, it does not gaurantee an appointment. 

    - Alyssa will be in touch as soon as possible to book an appointment time if your request is accepted. Please be patient.

    - A deposit of $50 will be required upon booking an appointment. This can be paid by e-transfer, or in person at the shop by cash, credit, or debit. These deposits are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another person. A new deposit will be required if a client cancels with no explanation, or cancels within 1 day of appointment. 

    - Arriving late to your appointment may result in your appointment being rescheduled, or cancelled.

    - Due to limited studio space, only 1-2 people are allowed to accompany you to your appointment. Please let Alyssa know if you are planning on bringing anyone with you.
