Thank you for choosing to enquire with Black Star Miniature Dachshunds, for your potential future new family member.

As part of our Expression of Interest process, there is a questionnaire for you to complete. Please answer the questions as best as you can, so I can get a perfect picture of you/your family. It also helps for the perfect puppy match if you are successful! That is, of course, if you haven't already chosen a puppy.

Think of it like a job interview!

Upon approval of your application, a refundable* deposit of $500 is required to be paid to secure your puppy.

All Black Star Miniature Dachshund puppies are rehomed at the age of 10 weeks. Rehoming proir to this age can be arranged by negotiation, depending on circusmtances.
