    This form must be filled out completely to be accepted.  The event shall not be confirmed until a signed lease agreement is executed by the Saginaw Naval Ship Museum.

  • USS EDSON: We provide use of the ship's deck for certain events. Please select below and we will confirm availability once your form is processed. Checking the box below does NOT guarantee availability of the ship's deck per your required date and time.

    Disclaimer: SVNSM will make every reasonable effort to keep the availability calendar as up-to-date as possible. However, a date listed as available may not actually be open because of last-minute scheduling changes. Should your date be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Please note that your desired date may be listed as 'NOT AVAILABLE' if we've already spoken with you and placed it on hold.  Please proceed and list the date on the next page of this application.

  • The SVNSM is only available for booking during the following hours:
    Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 Midnight
    Saturdays and Sundays 12:00 non until 1:00 p.m.

  • Rental Fees

  • An estimation of rental fees will be provided upon confirmation of receipt of this application.  All additional equipment, services, amenities, and additional time shall be added to this amount and invoiced to the lessee.

  •  WHAT’S NEXT?

    1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION BELOW!
    You may also fill this out in person at the SVNSM. 

    2. We will send you a confirmation and a lease agreement.  Your event will be considered a temporary hold until the SVNSM executes the signed lease agreement.  Sign and return your lease to same address as above.

    3. We will invoice you approximately 30 days before your event date. 

    4. We will automatically schedule SVNSM Security for your event.  The lessee shall pay the officer(s) on the day of the event. 

    5. Your payment is due a minimum of three (3) business days before your event date.  You may pay by check (mail) or cash at the SVNSM Business Office located in Allen Hall. 

    6. You arrive for your show!

  • I, the lessee have filled out the RENTAL APPLICATON form and understand that the facility will be available based solely on the times I have provided. I understand that I have a maximum lease time as listed on the RENTAL INFORMATION form. I understand that failure to remove all persons and property from the facility after my event, will result in a bill for additional hours. I, the lessee understand that SVNSM Security is required for my event and must be paid in additional to my rental fee. I understand the cancellation policy as detailed on the RENTAL APPLICATION and agree to pay for any cancellation charges.
