Iota Eta Eta, Inc. of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc. would like to thank you for participating as a vendor at our scholarship awards dinner on May 19, 2024. Our awards dinner will be held at Classics V Banquet Facility- located at 2425 Niagara Falls Blvd Amherst, NY 14228. The event starts promptly at 4pm and vendors can begin to set up at 3pm and lasts until 8pm. Your set up can remain open throughout the evening. We only ask that you do not actively vend while our keynote speaker is speaking, nor during the presentation of awards.
Your vending fee of $75 includes one entry/dinner ticket to the event. Please be prepared with your 6ft table as well as chair(s). Vendor fee is nonrefundable and will only be refunded in the event of our awards dinner cancellation. Iota Eta Eta, Inc. of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc. is not responsible for any losses that occur during the event. You are in agreement to hold Iota Eta Eta, Inc. of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc. harmless of adverse events while selling products during the scholarship dinner.
