Party/Event Reservation Form

The following are our event rates. Our studio can accommodate up to 40 people for a private event- 700- square foot room
Scenario 1: You and your guests all come for a paint/craft class with me. 30-35 people at $35 a piece - two hour reservation. Includes all supplies, you are welcome to bring snacks - I also have light snacks and drinks for sale. (No outside wine allowed, must purchase from LBA)

Scenario 2: You rent the space for a meeting , 30-40 with tables and chairs - 50 without tables - includes what you need for a meeting, whiteboard and overhead projector $225 for 3 hours (includes 1/2 hour set up and cleanup before and after) - you are welcome to bring snacks - I also have light snacks and drinks for sale. (No outside wine allowed, must purchase from LBA)

Scenario 3: You want the space to do a craft instructed by someone outside of LBA but using my tables-chairs-water…etc. 30-35 people - $10 per person for two hours - $15 per person for 3 hours, you are welcome to bring snacks - I also have light snacks and drinks for sale. (No outside wine allowed, must purchase from LBA)

Scenerio 4: You need the space for your event that is different than any of the other scenerios above. For basic room rental the rate is $75 an hour.

Prices may vary by number of people and time. You can decorate or set up what you need. Bring in your food and drink, even have the space catered.

700- square ft, 30-40 with tables and chairs - 50 without tables **Availability is subject to time and dates where the room is not being used for Paint and Sip or Craft classes.

A deposit of half the cost of the reserved time is required at least one week prior to the event. The remaining amount is due at the start of the event.

We now sell Wine! No Wine is allowed to be brought In.

Once this form is completed and all parties agree the event will be set up on our calendar. We will then email you a link to sign up and pay for the event. At least ½ is due at the time of the signup and the rest is due at the event. You can pay for it all when signing up.
