This form allows you to upload images for either the mono or colour categories of the WAPF Printwest 2023 Competition. Note that separate submissions are required for Mono and Colour images. Resubmissions can also be made through this form.
Deadline for Entries - midnight on 16 June 2023
Acceptable Date Range - 16 June 2021 to 16 June 2023
Before starting please check the following for each image:
File format - jpeg;
Colour space - sRGB preferred;
Image resolution - max 1920 pixels horizontal by max 1080 pixels vertical. Note that this applies even for images in portrait orientation;
Maximum file size - 1.5 MB;
EXIF data - full EXIF data including date digitised/taken should be present and demonstrate that the image complies with the acceptable date range above;
File name - File names should be in the format:
X_CCC_Firstname Lastname_Image Title.jpg
X should be M for mono or C for colour and CCC is your club code as listed on the WAPF website and in the dropdown list below.
Blanks in the names and titles are allowable but underscore characters should separate the fields as shown above.
At the conclusion of the uploads you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal payment gateway so please have your credit card or PayPal login details ready.
