Why We Require a New Client Form
Our New Client Form is an essential part of the booking process. It helps streamline appointments by collecting all the important information about your pet ahead of time — including breed, age, temperament, medical needs, grooming preferences, and emergency contact info. This ensures we’re fully prepared to provide the best possible care from the moment your pet arrives.
Additionally, current rabies vaccination is required by law for the safety of your pet, our staff, and others in the facility. Proof of vaccination must be submitted before your appointment can be confirmed.
To secure your booking, we also require a non-refundable deposit. This confirms your commitment to the appointment, protects our schedule, and respects the time and preparation involved in setting up each visit. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows take time away from clients who are waiting for availability.
