In the event of a cancellation with less than 24hrs notice (or non-appearance) of a booked event, the management of FODC leisure Facilities reserve the right to charge part or all of the agreed booking fee.

All clubs who coach/instruct/manage U18 years old must comply with their organisation’s child protection policy and Fermanagh and Omagh District Council child Protection Policy. Copies of the policy are available on request from Leisure Facility Reception.

All bookings/use of Fitness Room by school groups must be supervised by a teacher from the school.

I hereby apply for the use of the facilities which I have previously detailed. I understand this proposed booking is subject to approval and if successful, confirmation details will be forwarded to the address supplied. I have read and understood all the Conditions of Hire outlined above and wish to proceed with my booking on this basis. I acknowledge the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council Scale of Charges, Booking Conditions and Child Protection Policy (if relevant) and agree to be bound by same.

As a group/club/organisation we acknowledge that we are responsible for reporting any concerns about the safe use of the area we have booked or the equipment we have hired. If there are any defects, debris or other concerns with the area or equipment, we agree to report this immediately to reception. By not reporting any concerns, we are agreeing that the area and equipment are safe to use.
